Juno
May 14, 2008
Watching Juno was probably the most fun I’ve had in ages. I used to be a sucker for tomboy girls, and this really waked a side of me I thought was long gone.
Ellen Page is fucking hilarious. Even more so that Letterman. She was nominated for a Golden Globe and an Academy Award for her performance in Juno as well as being nominated for Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People list.
That’s pretty scary, specially when you’re a 21 year old.
Seriously I must find meself a strong witty young woman…

This is such a good film! I love it. And I thought the young guy (whose name I can’t be bothered to google – sorry) was sooo good as well. He just became more and mroe attractive towards the end. :$

haha, you really shouldn’t. when this film came out, people encouraged me to watch it because page’s character bore a more-than-slight resemblance to me, and i can guarantee that us tomboy girls are an absolute nightmare.

tomboy girls are really not easy to handle.. I know from experience. 4 years of it 🙂 unfortunately i haven’t changed my taste in women, probably never will.

I loved the movie, but it did hit home for me, as the same thing could have easily happened to me, and it did happen to my sister-in-law (except she decided to keep the baby).
